What do I need to get started?

How are each dancer's fees calculated?

You set your package fee and additional costume fee. Each dancer's packet lists their package fee, each extra costume with the class it's for, and their total. Your office spreadsheet adds up every family and your studio's total.

What if a student enrolls or drops after packets go out?

Add, edit or remove one dancer anytime. We'll show you exactly which packets need reprinting, and your totals update automatically.

What if I upload the wrong roster?

Dancers only count toward your plan once their packets are downloaded, and you can undo a roster import within 7 days. If anything looks off, contact us and we'll fix it.

Are siblings kept together?
